April round-up

Finished commissions this April

It’s been a really busy few months of finishing up commissions.

Multi Diamond Cluster Ring

The ring below was made using an 18ct white gold ring, diamonds from an hairloom brooch and 18ct yellow from another ring. It was such a joy to design and make this and I love the mixture of the two 18ct golds together.

Multi Layered Flotsam necklace

This necklace was made using 9ct yellow gold from a variety of pieces of jewellery the client had. The citrines set in silver were from a broken bracelet and one of the empty settings just held the one garnet the client had from a pendant. The solid larger disc was also a keepsake from a ring that we wanted to keep. I’m so pleased with the way it has come together and has the perfect ‘fishing net’ effect to it. The open circles are highly polished to catch the light with the distressed discs addidng some contrast.

Silver flotsam necklace

We wanted to use this statement topaz froma costume ring and thought a chunky flotsam necklace would work perfectly. Each element hangs from this chunky silver chain which can be worn at 18, 21 and 27 inches.

Silver spoon

This is a bit more of a personal commission. My brother recently welcomed a daughter into the world and I wanted to make her a silver spoon as a keepsake. I satinised the bowl part of the spoon and distressed the handle in my signature style - hopefully she’ll like it when she grows up!
